Newt's Village is an event listing service and does not plan any of the events you see here. For specifics about any event please see contact info provided with the event listing or contact the event organizer directly. Use Newt's Village to discover events; do not scrape it programmatically without permission. The data we surface comes from third-party venues, organizers, and user submissions and may contain errors.

You're responsible for activity on your account. Don't share your credentials. We may suspend accounts that submit spam, abuse, or fraudulent listings.

When you submit an event, you confirm you have the right to share the information and that it's accurate. We may edit, reject, or remove submissions at our discretion. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display the submission in the catalog.

Listings sourced from third-party venues, organizers, or aggregators remain the property of their owners. Trademarks and event details belong to their respective owners. Source attribution is preserved on each listing.

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Always verify event details with the venue or organizer before showing up.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. We're not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate listings, cancelled events, or downtime.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or via email to account holders. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
